Shared services, collaborations and mergers have increasingly become an option for nonprofits interested in  securing resources, renewing focus, and leveraging assets.  This event will be a practical and strategic review of lessons learned in all forms of collaboration including techniques in negotiations and positioning for any phase of a collaboration/merger discussion.  The conversation will cover topics such as:
