We build capacity at the organizational level through consultation and  training on cultural competency, planning, negotiation, leadership development, problem-solving, marketing, innovation, assessment and more.

 

We build capacity at the local community level by training community leaders in how to create thriving diverse and inclusive communities, and by providing tools for those leaders so that they will need to be effective.  Our expert consultants work directly with community leaders, employing proven strategies to create and maintain stable, integrated communities.

We work to build capacity in the neighborhood integration movement by consulting with community and organizational leaders, sharing best practices developed over decades of  hands-on practice, building alliances, and inspiring and supporting those people who are passionate about this work.
